Truffle is very versatile and pairswell with both meat and fish. Our products can be used to garnish, decorate and also to accompany the main course. The important thing is that he shall always be the boss: his majesty the truffle.

The truffle does not require to be covered by too strong flavors; it instead needs to be enhanced by the accompanying foods.

In the second courses black truffle is very used, both in cooking and raw.
