Truffle-flavoured corn flour
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Pour “polenta mix” into water and, whisking constantly, cook slowly for 15 minutes after boiling of the mixture, then turn off heat. Halfway through cooking season to taste with salt. Serve steaming. Ideal with sunny-side-up eggs
Pour polenta in 600 ml of boiling salted water, stir continuously for about 30 minutes to prevent lumps. Must be smooth and homogeneous.
