Pici al pomodoro con tartufo

Time Prep: 20 minutes Difficulty: easy

Excellent pasta, tomato sauce and summer truffle
for creating a rich and savory dish.

What's needed

  • Pot with lid
  • Pan

Ingredients (Serves: 3)

  • 1,5l Water
  • 250g Durum wheat semolina pasta with truffle
  • 180g Bruschetta sauce with truffle
  • Salt q.s.


  1. Put a pot with water on the stove until it boils.
  2. When it boils add salt q.s.
  3. Toss the Pici and turn over in-between.
  4. In a pan warm up the sauce.
  5. After 18 minutes drain the Pici and put aside a
    little boiling water.
  6. Toss in the pan adding a little boiling water.
